Return Policy

At King Of Cigarettes, we take great care in packing and inspecting every order before it leaves our facility. Due to the nature of tobacco products and applicable health regulations, our return policy differs from that of many other retail stores.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection made by the customer
• Products that have been opened or used
• Products returned after delivery without prior approval

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once dispatched:

• Cigarettes
• Tobacco products
• Opened or damaged products (unless damaged during transit)
• Any product that has been used or altered after delivery

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged during transit;
• Incorrect due to our error; or
• Missing items,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and products (where applicable)

We will assess each case individually and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and keep you updated throughout the process.

Please note that delivery delays caused by Australia Post, courier services, weather events or other circumstances beyond our control do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Exchanges

We generally do not offer exchanges.

If we have supplied the wrong product or there is a verified issue with your order, we may, at our discretion:

• Send a replacement product;
• Offer store credit; or
• Provide a refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are only considered where required under the Australian Consumer Law or where we determine that a refund is the most appropriate resolution.

If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Nothing in this Return Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If a product has a major fault or does not meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
